Charlie and his team at Next Level Seamless were a dream to work with. We had a storm come through this summer that badly damaged our roof, gutters, and brand new fence. We're both busy professionals - Charlie shepharded us through the confusing insurance claim process and practically took care of everything. He was very communicative, insightful, responsive, provided solid recommendations, and was patient with all of our questions. He went above and beyond in a number of ways and certainly exceeded our expectations. We love our new roof and gutters. We couldn't be happier and couldn't recommend Charlie/Next Level Seamless enough.

Team, was very informative and did all that was provided on the work plan. Looks great and we are eager to see how the guards work this fall.

We recently noticed a leak from the ceiling of our commercial building in Buffalo after a combination of some snow melting and early spring rain. I called Next Level and talked to RJ about it. He was very professional and was able to schedule an inspection for the next day. Charlie came out and was able to trace the problem to some flashing that had not been properly secured and sealed when the roof was replaced a few years ago by a different local company that is no longer in business.
They were able to do the needed repair a couple days later. They also looked at some other potential problem areas and addressed what they found. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone. I would not hesitate to call them with any future exterior repairs.

Next Level did a garage door header and siding repair job for me. I am super happy with my experience. They were referred to me by a friend. And I would refer Next Level as well.

The seamless 6" gutters work and look great. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, straight to the point, and had excellent recommendation for downspout locations. The install crew worked hard and completed the job in a day. Thank you!
